3. Interview Coordinator: Arrange and conduct telephonic screenings for shortlisted applicants.
4. Communication Wizard: Draft and send essential HR documents like offer letters, NDAs, appointment letters, and more.
5. Onboarding Guide: Be the go-to person for all onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth entry for new hires.
6. Scheduler: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
7. Data Keeper: Update our database with fresh hires, ensuring all employment forms and contacts are up to date.
8. Job Poster: Spread the word about new job openings by posting on multiple job portals.
Requirements: What You Bring to the Table
– Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– A knack for multitasking and a keen eye for detail.
