Job Description: We are currently seeking a Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to incoming client requests, managing operational roles, and demonstrating proficiency in Excel, Word, and invoice generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Attending to incoming client requests promptly and professionally.
  • Supervising staff and coordinating their work to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Utilizing Excel and Word for data management, report generation, and document creation.
  • Handling invoicing procedures and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and hospitable environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience in an operational role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of invoice generation and basic accounting principles
