Job Description: We are seeking a tech-savvy Receptionist who possesses strong communication skills in English and is familiar with office software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling invoicing, answering client queries, and attending to clinic phone calls. Females are preferable for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the front desk and offering warm welcomes to all our clients.
  • Operating the clinic software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions.
  • Handling invoicing and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, answering their queries and providing them with necessary information.
  • Following up with clients to confirm appointments and inform them of any changes.
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in office software and general tech-savviness.
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must reside in Thane or the surrounding area.
