Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers to the front office
  • Assist customers in making holiday package bookings and payments
  • Promote and sell holiday packages to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a sales assistant or in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Presentable appearance and pleasant personality
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
