Group Booking exp: should have exp in group booking of 150-200 people.(end to end travel management of the client)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of large group bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for groups ranging from 200 to 300 individuals.
- Coordinate closely with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best rates and accommodations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor travel packages accordingly.
- Leverage industry knowledge to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that arise before, during, or after the trip.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to group bookings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a specific focus on managing large group bookings.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex travel arrangements and logistics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and service providers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
- Based out of Malad, Mumbai, with flexibility to travel as required.
