Governing law:

The laws of India govern these terms and conditions of use, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws thereof. Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions of use or your use of the website and/or contents thereof shall be resolved solely and exclusively by the courts in Mumbai, India.
