Refund and Returns Policy

  • Please read our policy before purchasing our products and availing our services.
    Arcot Group provides a thorough explanation of its products and services. As a result, it is expected that the customer has reviewed his or her preferred product or service, has requested a demonstration or tried a trial version if one is available, and is happy with its quality before making a purchase.
    Given the foregoing, no refund/return request should be made by the buyer/user on any unreasonable  basis. There are no refunds on any product or service. Return/refund claims for damaged products will, of course, be reviewed. All of Arcot Group’s items mentioned on this website are guaranteed to be of high quality.
    If your product is defective in any manner, it can be replaced at no cost to the user with another version of the same program.
    Return/refund requests should be sent to info@arcotgroup.com, along with the rationale for the request. After it has been established whether a return/refund is required, you will receive a response. If your product is found to be defective, you will be notified.
